Welcome to Garth Yr Hebog

Aerial view of a rural landscape with a house surrounded by trees and mountains in the distance.

Garth yr Hebog is nestled within the private Wern Estate, offering a serene retreat surrounded by picturesque woodlands and tranquil lanes. You're welcome to explore the area, but please be mindful of the livestock and ensure all gates are securely closed behind you. If you bring a dog, please keep them on a lead when outside the garden area. The house itself is exceptionally comfortable, blending a thoughtful mix of old and new furnishings.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is well-equipped with a freestanding cooker, under-counter fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and more. The separate utility room provides a washer, dryer, and an additional full-size fridge freezer. We provide an initial basket of our own logs for the wood burner.

We happily accept one small, well-behaved dog, but we ask that they be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture.

Since Garth yr Hebog is in a remote location, the heating system is electric. Michelle can assist with programming any changes, as the system is quite complex. Please do not turn off the switch to the left of the bathroom door, as it controls the hot water supply.

Lastly, please note that access to the property is not suitable for very low-slung cars. While the postal address is listed below, we strongly recommend using our directions for the last few miles, as relying on Sat Nav may lead you into one of Mr. Jones' fields.
