It is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional before using the sauna facilities.

3. Pregnancy

Pregnant individuals are advised to seek guidance from their healthcare provider before using the sauna, as elevated body temperature may pose risks to both parent and unborn child.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited within the sauna and surrounding areas:

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of these terms.

Please regulate the duration and intensity of your session according to your comfort and experience level.

We recommend sessions of 5–15 minutes with cooling breaks in between.

7. Jewellery, Glasses, and Contact Lenses

Remove jewellery, glasses, and contact lenses before entering the sauna. Metal and glass can heat rapidly and cause burns or discomfort.

The sauna is fitted with an electric stove, which becomes extremely hot during operation.
For your safety, do not touch or go near the stove or heating elements at any time.

Guests must not touch or adjust the stove controls or interfere with any electrical components. If you require an adjustment to the temperature or steam level, please call Michelle and she will adjust it remotely.
